All shipments are carefully inspected before they are dispatched. If for some unforeseen circumstance, you are not happy with the product you have purchased the following terms will apply:
- • We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.
- • Please contact the Sales Consultant to inform them of your dissatisfaction.
Clearly state the below references in the email:
- • Invoice Number
- • Waybill Number
- • Customer Number
- • Product Code
- • Date of Manufacture
- • Batch Number
- • Reason for return
Product should be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged, and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable),
- • Confirm the shipping address with the Sales consultant, where you can send the item(s), where the costs thereof will be borne by you.
- • Correspond the waybill details for traceability.
- A refund will only be issued once we have received the product(s) and determined the reason.
- Credit will be added to your account however should you prefer a refund it will be done by EFT.
- Except as otherwise provided herein, any and all costs associated with the return, or otherwise, shall be borne solely by Buyer. The refund amount will only be that of the products in question.
Should a product be damaged, incorrect or manufacturing defect please notify us within 48 hours of such delivery.
- We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge.
- Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice replace the product as soon as possible or credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference).
NO REFUNDS on perishable goods. This includes any/all ORGANIC (Non-Preserved) ingredients/products.
